Summer Song Earrings
These one-of-a-kind artisan earrings were inspired by a photo I saw one day of a cardinal on a sunflower. This struck me as unique and beautiful and challenged my perception of cardinals as a "winter bird" I immediately had to attempt to capture this moment in a permanent art form. Each earring was sculpted out of polymer clay and it is the only pair of its kind. No paint was used in the creation of these mini canvases, so sun and water exposure will not diminish the vibrant colours!
I named this piece "summer song" because last week we were graced by the presence of a cardinal in our backyard. We were captivated by the beautiful melody of this bird, and it's a song I want to remember!

In the unlikely event that a piece of jewellery breaks due to an unforeseen weakness in the piece, please contact me to inquire about a refund, repair, or exchange.
Care and Product Info
All Joy Creations jewellery is hypoallergenic - free from common allergens such as nickel and lead. Most earrings are made with stainless steel, though I have other options such as sterling silver, 14k gold filled, clip ons, and even plastic hooks if metal is a no-go for you! Just ask me to switch your hooks if the product option isn't listed.
Polymer clay is waterproof and durable, though not indestructable!
When polymer clay gets extremely warm or cold, it may become more breakable, so please handle with care :)Don't panic if they end up in the shower or wash though, I've had many survive that kind of treatment ;)
Please note that due to the handmade nature of each piece of jewellery, there may be slight bubbles or hints of fingerprints that add to the character of each unique piece.
I've taken care to show each piece as true to colour as possible, though the perception of size and colours may vary depending on the screen you're using. So please be aware there might be a slight variation between what you see and what you get.

International customers are responsible for any duty fees that may occur.
As this is a one-woman business and I also have a toddler and a homeschooled child, orders can take up to a week before shipping. If you need a rush because of a gift for example, please let me know so that I can prioritize your order!
